Laurent-Perrier’s premium Vintage Cuvee Rose is like no other champagne and is the outcome of a deliberately innovative approach to winemaking. Alexandra Rose is the ultimate expression of the passion, the exacting standards and the sheer excellence of the House. Produced in very small quantities, this outstanding, subtly powerful wine is rare and much sought-after. Since its launch in 1987, only eight Alexandra Rose vintages have been made, and this is the first since 1998.

On the eye: A pale salmon pink with an orange tinge

On the nose: Complex and powerful, the first aromas are reminiscent of strawberry jam. These are followed by floral notes such as rose petal

On the palate: Lively and crisp, with dominant flavors of red berry fruit such as wild strawberries. Full-bodied, with a velvety texture and a finale showing hints of dried apricots and orange peel
